Special Enrollment for Transfer and Readmitted Students

This page explains who may apply for special enrollment, how to submit the application, and how the decision is announced.

Who May Apply

Students who need to take a course that is not normally permitted because of credit-recognition considerations may use the special-enrollment application method. This applies to transfer-faculty students, transfer-admission students, transfer-department students, readmitted students, and similar students.

Application Form and Approvals

Complete the designated special form, obtain approval stamps from the course instructor and the department head, and submit the completed form.

How the Decision Is Announced

Approval or denial of the special-enrollment application is announced later by posted notice.
