Eligibility for a Special Study Guidance Interview

For the 2025 academic year, this page explains which students at the Faculty of System Design and Technology may be interviewed for Special Study Guidance.

Who is eligible for the interview?

The interview is for students who received a preliminary recommendation for withdrawal in the previous semester and meet at least one of the following conditions at the end of the most recent semester: their credit completion rate is 60% or lower, or their GPA is below 1.0.
