Student ID Card Renewal and Sticker Replacement

Find the student ID card renewal or sticker replacement rule that applies to your campus and faculty.

Tokyo Senju Campus: Faculty of Engineering, Second Division

For the 2025 academic year, if the expiry date on the sticker on the back of your student ID card is approaching, you must complete the procedure in advance at the Student Support Center (Student Welfare).

Tokyo Senju Campus: Faculty of Future Science

For the 2026 academic year, the reverse-side sticker is affixed when you enroll. After the graduation date printed on the sticker has passed, the sticker must be replaced.

Saitama Hatoyama Campus: Faculty of Science and Technology

For the 2025 academic year, your student ID card is issued when you enroll. After that, you update the previous year's student ID card every April.
