Student ID Card Reissuance

This page explains when to apply for a replacement student ID card, how to submit the application, the applicable fee, and the expected issuance time.

When reissuance is required

For students in the Faculty of Engineering, Division II, at Tokyo Senju Campus in academic year 2025, apply for reissuance immediately if your student ID card is lost or damaged. For students in the Faculty of Science and Technology at Saitama Hatoyama Campus in academic year 2026, if you lose your student ID card, complete the required procedures immediately to have it reissued.

Application, fee, and submission

For students in the Faculty of Engineering, Division II, at Tokyo Senju Campus in academic year 2025, print the student ID card reissuance application form using the certificate issuing machine on the third floor of Building 2. The application form costs 2,000 yen, and a separate system fee is charged. Fill in the required information and submit the completed form to the Student Support Center's Student Welfare Section.

When the replacement card is issued

For students in the Faculty of Engineering, Division II, at Tokyo Senju Campus in academic year 2025, the replacement student ID card is issued in principle two days after the application form is submitted, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays.
