Student ID Card Reissue

Saitama Hatoyama Campus: Eligibility and Processing Time

For students in the School of Science and Technology at Saitama Hatoyama Campus, a student ID card can be reissued only if it is damaged or soiled, lost, or has a magnetic-function failure. Apply at Student Affairs/Welfare. Issuance takes two days.

Tokyo Senju Campus: Application, Fees, and Issuance

For students in the School of Engineering at Tokyo Senju Campus, print the student ID card reissue application form using the certificate-issuing machine on the third floor of Building 2. Complete the required information and submit the form to the Student Support Center, Student Affairs/Welfare. The application form costs 2,000 yen, and a separate system fee is also charged. The reissued card is generally issued two days after the application is submitted; Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays are not included in this period.
