Returning Your Student ID When Leaving the University

Students must immediately complete the student ID card return procedure when they graduate, withdraw, or leave the university under the applicable academic-year rule.

Student ID card return procedure

For the 2026 academic year, students at Tokyo Senju Campus in the Faculty of Engineering, Division II, must immediately complete the procedure to return their student identification card upon graduation, withdrawal, or expulsion. For the 2025 academic year, the same students must immediately complete the procedure upon graduation, withdrawal, or removal from the university register.
