Submitting an Address Change Notification

For 2026 Engineering Faculty students at Tokyo Senju Campus, an address change or change to the official address designation must be reported using a notification form.

Where to Submit the Notification

If your address or its official address designation changes, you must submit an address change notification to the Student Support Center (Student Welfare Section). The notification form is available at the counter.
