How to Start the Withdrawal Process

For students at the Saitama Hatoyama Campus in the School of Science and Technology during the 2025 academic year, this page explains the withdrawal process and required documents.

Initial Steps

If you wish to withdraw, state your intention to withdraw at the Students' Welfare Desk. You will then meet with your student advisor and the head of your academic unit. After the meeting, receive the complete withdrawal document set from the Students' Welfare Desk. If you receive a scholarship, state this when making your request.

Required Documents

Submit the documents required for withdrawal to the Students' Welfare Desk. If your withdrawal is due to illness or injury, attach a doctor's medical certificate.
