Teaching Licence Application Options

For students in the Faculty of Science and Technology at Saitama Hatoyama Campus in academic year 2026, teaching licences can be applied for either through the university or individually.

Application Methods and Graduation-Day Issuance

There are two application methods for a teaching licence. Under the university batch application, the university accepts the applications together and the academic affairs staff submit them collectively to the Saitama Prefectural Board of Education. Students who choose this method receive their licence on the day of the graduation ceremony. Alternatively, students may apply individually and submit their application directly to the Board of Education.
