Where to Submit an Absence Notice for an Absence Longer Than One Week

Students with an absence period exceeding one week must also submit part or a copy of their absence notice to the Tokyo Senju Campus Office (Academic Affairs).

Additional submission for absences over one week

For the 2025 academic year, students in the Faculty of Advanced Sciences and Technology must also submit part of their absence notice at the Tokyo Senju Campus Office (Academic Affairs) counter when their absence exceeds one week. For the 2026 academic year, students in the Faculty of System Design and Technology must also submit a copy to the Tokyo Senju Campus Office (Academic Affairs) when the absence period exceeds one week.
