How Graduate-School Completion Is Determined

The responsible committee makes the completion decision under the University Graduate School Regulations. The committee differs depending on whether the matter is course completion or program completion.

Approval of Course Completion

For persons covered by Article 3, paragraphs 1 and 3, the Graduate School Committee decides whether to approve course completion in accordance with the University Graduate School Regulations.

Determination of Program Completion

For persons covered by Article 3, paragraphs 1 and 3, the Research Committee decides whether the program has been completed in accordance with the University Graduate School Regulations.
