Absence Notice Requirements and Submission
For 2025 students at the Saitama Hatoyama Campus in the Faculty of Science and Technology, the required entries and signatures depend on whether the absence lasts six days or fewer or seven or more consecutive days.
Absences of Seven or More Consecutive Days
The absence notice must include the student’s entry and seal or signature in the student section. An entry and seal or signature in the guarantor section are also required.
Absences of Six or Fewer Consecutive Days
An entry and seal or signature in the guarantor section are not required. Submit the absence notice to the instructor responsible for each course.
