Recording Class Attendance

For 2025 students at the Saitama Hatoyama Campus in the Faculty of Science and Technology, attendance is recorded by touching your student card to the classroom terminal. This page explains what to do if an error appears or you forget your card.

Record attendance with your student card

Attendance is recorded in the classroom by touching your student card to the lower-right area of the tablet terminal. Follow the instructor’s instructions for attendance checking.

If the terminal shows an error

If a screen other than the successful-reading screen appears, inform the instructor.

If you forgot your student card

If you forgot your student card, tell the instructor during class.
