Renewing Use of a Club Room

Club room use is granted for one year. The required continuation procedure for student organizations also serves as the renewal procedure for the room.

Annual Renewal Procedure

A club room may be used for one year. To renew its use, the student organization must complete the continuation procedure required under the student-life regulations. This continuation procedure serves as the club room renewal procedure.
