Applying to Hold a Gathering on Campus

Students planning to hold a gathering on the Tokyo Senju Campus must submit a gathering application to the designated center or administrative office authority. The required information differs by faculty and academic year.

Faculty of Engineering, Second Division — 2025

A student wishing to hold a gathering on campus must submit a gathering application to the designated Center Director or Administration Office Director.

School of Systems Design and Technology — 2026

A student who intends to hold a gathering on campus must submit a gathering application to the Center Director or Administrative Office Director. The application must state the group name, the name of the group’s responsible person, and the purpose of the gathering.

School of Systems Design and Technology — 2025

A student wishing to hold a gathering on campus must submit a gathering application to the Center Head or Office Head. The application must state the organization name, the name of the organization’s responsible person, and the purpose of the gathering.
