How to Submit a Campus Gathering Request
For the 2026 academic year, students at Tokyo Senju Campus in the Faculty of Engineering, Second Division must submit a gathering request and include specific group and event details.
Submission and Required Information
Students who wish to hold a gathering on campus must submit a gathering request to the Center Director or the Administrative Department Director. The request must state the group’s name, the name of the person responsible for the group, and the purpose of the gathering.
