Renewing or Replacing Your Student ID Sticker

Find out where to complete the procedure before your student ID sticker expires and when replacement is required after your expected graduation month.

Before the sticker expires

For students at Tokyo Senju Campus in the Faculty of Future Science, the Faculty of System Design Engineering, or the Faculty of Engineering, complete the required procedure in advance at the Student Support Center, Student Welfare section. For students in the Faculty of Science and Technology at Saitama Hatoyama Campus, complete the procedure in advance at the Faculty of Science and Technology Administrative Office, Student Welfare section.

After your expected graduation month

For students in the Faculty of Engineering, Second Division, at Tokyo Senju Campus, the sticker on the back of the student ID is affixed at enrollment. It must be replaced after your expected graduation month has passed.
