Student ID Card and Reverse-Side Sticker

This page explains when students receive their student ID card and when the reverse-side sticker must be replaced.

Receiving your student ID card

Students must receive their student ID card when they enter the university. This applies to the 2025 academic year at the Tokyo Senju Campus for the Faculty of Engineering, Second Division.

Replacing the reverse-side sticker

The reverse-side sticker is affixed when you enroll. After the stated graduation date has passed, the sticker must be replaced. This applies to the 2026 academic year at the Tokyo Senju Campus for the Faculty of System Design and Technology.
