Batch Application for a Teaching Licence

For eligible students at the Saitama Hatoyama Campus Faculty of Science and Technology, this page explains the university’s batch application procedure, required briefing attendance, and licence collection at the graduation ceremony.

2025 Academic Year: Application and Licence Collection

Students who wish to receive their teaching licence on the day of the graduation ceremony may use the university’s batch application. The Academic Affairs office applies to the Saitama Prefectural Board of Education on their behalf. Applicants must attend the briefing and complete the application procedure. Students who pass the screening receive their teaching licence on the day of the graduation ceremony in exchange for their teaching-course enrollment ticket.

2026 Academic Year: Briefing and Application

The batch application briefing is scheduled for around early October. Students who wish to apply must attend the briefing and complete the application procedure.
