Provisional Exam Tickets When You Forget Your Student ID

Eligibility and fee at Tokyo Senju Campus

For students in the Faculty of Engineering, Second Division, at Tokyo Senju Campus, a provisional exam ticket may be issued only when special permission has been granted. Issuance costs 1,000 yen plus a system fee.

Eligibility for currently enrolled students

At Tokyo Senju Campus, provisional exam tickets are for currently enrolled students in the Faculty of Engineering.

How to obtain a ticket at Saitama Hatoyama Campus

For students in the Faculty of Science and Technology at Saitama Hatoyama Campus, issue a provisional exam ticket using the certificate issuing machine. The fee is 1,000 yen, plus a separate system usage fee.

How to use the ticket

The ticket is printed on paper for all six periods on that day. Cut out the portion for the applicable period and use it.
