The procedure differs depending on whether you continue your leave or your leave period is ending, and it also depends on your faculty and campus.

If You Continue Your Leave of Absence

For students in the Faculty of Future Science at Tokyo Senju Campus in the 2026 academic year, continuing a leave of absence requires you to complete the leave-of-absence procedure again.

Procedure After Your Leave Period Ends

For students in the Faculty of Engineering, Second Division, in the 2026 academic year, information about the procedure after the leave period ends will be sent by post to the student when the leave period is due to expire.
