Eligibility for September Graduation

Graduation conditions

Students who are assessed for end-of-first-semester graduation and meet the prescribed graduation requirements, including the required number of graduation credits, graduate at the end of the first semester in September. This applies to the 2025 academic year at the Tokyo Senju Campus in the Faculty of Engineering and to the 2026 academic year at the Tokyo Senju Campus in the Faculty of Engineering, Second Division.

Required enrollment period

For the 2025 academic year at the Tokyo Senju Campus in the Faculty of Engineering, the end-of-first-semester graduation group consists of students whose graduation was postponed because they did not meet the graduation requirements and who have been enrolled for a combined total of at least 12 months during their fourth year. Periods of leave of absence are not included in this 12-month period.

For the 2026 academic year at the Tokyo Senju Campus in the Faculty of Engineering, Second Division, students must have been enrolled for a combined total of at least 12 months during their fourth year. Periods of leave of absence are not included.

Graduation assessment

For the 2026 academic year at the Tokyo Senju Campus in the Faculty of Engineering, Second Division, the end-of-first-semester graduation assessment is conducted for students who meet the enrollment-period condition. Students who are on a leave of absence at the time of assessment are not included.

For the 2025 academic year at the Tokyo Senju Campus in the Faculty of Future Science, the end-of-first-semester graduation assessment is conducted for students who meet the stated conditions.
