Early Graduation: First-Term Evaluation of Annual Courses

This page explains who may apply for graduation at the end of the first term and how to request first-term evaluation of annual courses.

Who may apply

For the 2026 academic year, a student whose graduation was delayed as of the end of March may seek graduation at the end of the first term. The student must submit the designated application form, and annual courses will be evaluated at the end of the first term only if permission is granted.

The same eligibility condition applies in the 2025 academic year: a student whose graduation was delayed as of the end of March may seek graduation at the end of the first term. With permission after submitting the designated form, the student's annual courses will be evaluated at the end of the first term.

Application procedure

For the 2026 academic year, complete the required information on the designated application form, obtain approval from the instructor responsible for the class, and submit the form. The application will later be announced as either approved or not approved.

The same submission procedure applies in the 2025 academic year: complete the designated form, obtain approval from the class instructor, and submit it. The approval decision will be announced later.
