When You Receive Your Student ID Card

The timing of student ID card issuance depends on the academic year and campus.

2025: Tokyo Senju Campus and Saitama Hatoyama Campus

For the 2025 academic year, student ID cards are issued at the April orientation held at enrollment for students at the Tokyo Senju Campus, Faculty of Future Science, and the Saitama Hatoyama Campus, Faculty of Science and Technology.

2026: Saitama Hatoyama Campus

For the 2026 academic year, students at the Saitama Hatoyama Campus, Faculty of Science and Technology, receive their student ID cards at enrollment.
