Payment method and required transfer details

For the 2026 academic year, tuition is paid twice a year: once for the first semester and once for the second semester. Use the university-designated tuition payment form to make a bank transfer. If you need to use an ATM or internet banking, enter your student ID number, your name in the required kana format, and the payment amount accurately.

Payment deadlines and mailing schedule

For new students in the Faculty of Engineering at Tokyo Senju Campus in the 2026 academic year, the first-semester tuition is paid during the admission procedures. The deadline for second-semester tuition is the end of October, and the payment form for the second semester is sent in late July.

For students in the same faculty and campus who are not new students, the first-semester tuition deadline is the end of April and the second-semester tuition deadline is the end of October. Payment forms for the full year—one for each semester—are sent in early April.
