Tuition Payment Forms: Mailing Schedule and Recipient

Find out when tuition payment forms are mailed for new and continuing students in the Faculty of System Design and Technology, and who receives them in the Faculty of Engineering.

Mailing schedule for the Faculty of System Design and Technology

For the 2026 academic year at Tokyo Senju Campus, students in the Faculty of System Design and Technology who are not new students will be sent two tuition payment forms in early April: one for the first semester and one for the second semester, covering the full year. New students will be sent the second-semester payment form in late July.

Who receives the payment form

For the 2026 academic year at Tokyo Senju Campus, the Accounting Section of the Accounting Department mails tuition payment forms to the student's guarantor in the Faculty of Engineering.
