For the 2025 academic year, email applications for reissuing tuition payment forms are available for students at Tokyo Senju Campus in the specified faculties.

System Design and Technology Faculty

For students in the System Design and Technology Faculty at Tokyo Senju Campus in the 2025 academic year, reissuing a tuition payment form can be requested by email.

Engineering Faculty

For students in the Engineering Faculty at Tokyo Senju Campus in the 2025 academic year, reissuing a tuition payment form is handled by the Accounting Section of the Accounting Department. An application by email is also available. See the Tuition Fees section for details.
