When to Enter Your Teacher-Training Record

The teacher-training record is entered at specified points after grade announcements, with additional procedures depending on your year and programme.

Regular entry after grade announcements

For the listed teacher-training schedules, enter your teacher-training record after the first-semester grades are announced in September and after the second-semester grades are announced in March or during spring break. In September, you also register for second-semester courses. In the third year, the September schedule may also include the teaching-practicum suitability test for eligible students. During spring break, the second- and third-year schedules include an on-campus health check; the third-year schedule also includes the teaching-practicum seminar and administrative procedures for the teaching practicum.

April entry for the 2026 academic year

In April, students in the System Design and Technology Faculty pay the teacher-training course fee, submit the teacher-training course application, register for teacher-training-related courses, and enter Teacher-Training Record 6.
