How Previously Earned Credits May Count Toward Teacher Certification

Students who have previously earned credits, including through transfer, may be able to apply them toward teacher certification. The applicable treatment is handled by the teacher-training course representative.

Treatment of Previously Earned Credits

If you have credits earned at a previous institution, including credits earned before transferring, those credits may be counted as valid credits toward obtaining a teaching license. For the treatment of previously earned credits, promptly contact the teacher-training course representative at the Tokyo Senju Campus Administrative Office (Academic Affairs).
