Teaching Practicum Schedule and Duration

When the Teaching Practicum Is Held

The teaching practicum is conducted at various times from May to July in the following scopes: the 2025 academic year, Faculty of Future Science, Tokyo Senju Campus; the 2026 academic year, Faculty of Engineering Division II, Tokyo Senju Campus; the 2026 academic year, Faculty of System Design Engineering, Tokyo Senju Campus; the 2026 academic year, Faculty of Future Science, Tokyo Senju Campus; and the 2025 academic year, Faculty of Engineering Division II, Tokyo Senju Campus.

When the Practicum Takes Place in the Programme

The teaching practicum is carried out in the fourth year for the 2026 academic year, Faculty of Engineering Division II, Tokyo Senju Campus, and for the 2025 academic year, Faculty of System Design Engineering, Tokyo Senju Campus.

Required Practicum Duration

For the 2025 academic year at the Faculty of Science and Technology, Saitama Hatoyama Campus, the required teaching practicum is at least 120 hours over three to four weeks for a junior high school teaching license. For a senior high school teaching license, it is at least 60 hours over two weeks.
