For the 2025 teaching practicum in the Faculty of Science and Technology at Saitama Hatoyama Campus, learn which documents to take to the practicum school and how practicum-related costs are paid.

Documents to take to the practicum school

Take the following items to the practicum school: the teaching practicum diary, attendance record form, teaching practicum evaluation form, and teaching practicum completion certificate form. You must purchase the designated teaching practicum diary for the Faculty of Science and Technology at the campus store. The academic affairs staff prepare the other three forms.

Payment of practicum-related costs

If a teaching practicum fee or honorarium is required, you are responsible for the cost. Pay it directly to the practicum school rather than to the university.
