Course Registration Student Application Requirements

This page explains the application deadline, required documents, and approval conditions for course registration students in 2026.

Application deadline

For the 2026 academic year, the application procedure must be completed by the designated date. This applies to the Faculty of Engineering and the Faculty of System Design Engineering at Tokyo Senju Campus, and to the Faculty of Science and Technology at Saitama Hatoyama Campus.

Required application documents

For the Faculty of System Design Engineering at Tokyo Senju Campus in the 2026 academic year, applicants must submit a graduation certificate or expected graduation certificate from their final school attended, a transcript from that school, and a health certificate. Applicants must also submit any other documents considered necessary.

Approval conditions

For the Faculty of Science and Technology at Saitama Hatoyama Campus in the 2026 academic year, course registration is permitted only when the applicant's study will not interfere with the education and research of students in the regular programme and the Dean of the faculty considers accepting the applicant appropriate.
