Reapplying as a Course-Taking Student

Students who wish to continue taking courses beyond the relevant academic year must reapply. Some documents from a previous application may be reused for applications made within five years.

Reapplication is required to continue taking courses

If you wish to continue taking courses beyond the relevant academic year, you must submit a new application. This requirement applies to the 2026 academic year at Tokyo Senju Campus for the Faculty of Advanced Science and Technology and the School of System Design and Technology.

Reuse of documents from a previous application

If you were previously registered as a course-taking student and apply again within five years, some of the required application documents may be replaced by documents submitted with your previous application. The supported scopes include the 2026 academic year at Tokyo Senju Campus for the School of Engineering and the School of System Design and Technology, and at Saitama Hatoyama Campus for the School of Science and Technology.
