This page explains when course-taking students must pay their fees and when their course-taking student ID is issued.

Fee payment and student ID issuance

A person permitted to take courses as a course-taking student must pay the course-taking fee prescribed by the University's regulations by the designated date. After the course-taking fee has been paid, the University issues a course-taking student ID.
