Vehicle Commuting Application and Parking Permit Requirements

Students at the Saitama Hatoyama Campus who wish to commute by vehicle must apply to the Dean of the Faculty of Science and Engineering. Vehicle commuting is not permitted without a parking permit.

How to Apply for Vehicle Commuting

For the 2025 academic year, a person who wishes to commute by driving a vehicle must enter the required information on the designated form and apply to the Dean of the Faculty of Science and Engineering. The same requirement applies in the 2026 academic year: applicants must complete the required information on the prescribed form and submit the application to the Dean of the Faculty of Science and Engineering.

Parking Permit Required Before Commuting

For the 2025 academic year, the Dean issues a parking permit to applicants who meet the listed conditions. A person may not commute by vehicle if the vehicle has not received a permit.
