Applying for a Review of Grade Evaluation

For 2025 students at the Tokyo Senju Campus in the Faculty of Engineering, Second Division, this page explains when you can apply for a review of your grade evaluation, the cases covered, and the required content.

When to Apply

Applications for a review of grade evaluation are accepted only during the designated period. The period is scheduled for early September for the first semester and early March for the second semester.

Cases Covered by the Review

You may apply when, based on the assessment method stated in the syllabus, your own learning attitude, submitted work, examination results, and other relevant factors, you believe there is an obvious error in the evaluation.

Required Content of the Application

The application must explain the issue specifically. Applications that lack specific details or consist of a plea will not be accepted.
