Special Enrollment: Eligibility, Application, and Results

This page explains who may apply for special enrollment and the required application and approval process for the 2025 and 2026 academic years.

Who Can Apply

At the Tokyo Senju Campus in the Future Science Faculty, students who have transferred between faculties, entered through transfer admission, transferred between departments, or been readmitted may use this special enrollment procedure when they wish to take a course that is normally not permitted because of credit-transfer arrangements.

Application and Notification of Results

Complete the designated application form and obtain approval stamps from both the course instructor and the department chair before submitting the form. The approval or non-approval decision will be announced later by posting. This procedure is described for the Future Science Faculty at the Tokyo Senju Campus in both the 2025 and 2026 academic years.
