Makeup Examination Fees

The makeup examination application fee is charged per subject, with a separate system fee. The applicable scope and non-refund rule are shown below.

Science and Engineering, System Design Engineering, and Future Science

For the 2026 academic year at Saitama Hatoyama Campus in the Faculty of Science and Engineering, and for the 2025 academic year at Tokyo Senju Campus in the Faculty of System Design Engineering and the Faculty of Future Science, the makeup examination fee is 500 yen per subject. A separate system usage fee is also charged when payment is made.

Second Division of Engineering: 2025 Academic Year

For the 2025 academic year at Tokyo Senju Campus in the Second Division of Engineering, applying for a makeup examination costs 500 yen per subject. A separate system fee is charged when payment is made.

Second Division of Engineering: 2026 Academic Year

For the 2026 academic year at Tokyo Senju Campus in the Second Division of Engineering, the makeup examination application fee is 500 yen per subject, plus a separate system fee. The payment is not refundable regardless of whether the examination is held.
