Withdrawal Application and Approval Procedure

For students at the School of Future Science on Tokyo Senju Campus in the 2026 academic year, withdrawal requires submitting an application with the student ID attached, completing interviews, and obtaining approval.

Steps for withdrawing from the university

When withdrawing because of illness, injury, or another reason, you must submit a withdrawal application with your student ID attached and obtain permission. The interviews are conducted in this order: first with your student advisor, and then with the head of your department. Permission to withdraw is obtained when the required approval stamps are placed on the withdrawal application.
