Withdrawal and Leave-of-Absence Procedures

Where to Submit the Application

For the 2025 academic year, students at the Tokyo Senju Campus in the Faculty of System Design and Technology must complete the procedure at the Student Support Center's Student Welfare section. For the 2026 academic year, students at the Saitama Hatoyama Campus in the Faculty of Science and Engineering must complete it at the Faculty of Science and Engineering Office's Student Welfare section. Use the prescribed application form. The student and guarantor must sign the form jointly and affix their seals.

Faculty of Engineering, Second Division

After enrollment, students in the Second Division of the Faculty of Engineering at the Tokyo Senju Campus who need permission to withdraw or take a leave of absence must complete the procedure at the Student Support Center's Student Welfare section. Use the prescribed application form. The student and guarantor must sign the form jointly and affix their seals.
