Required documents for 2026 students in the School of Science and Technology for Future Life

For students in the School of Science and Technology for Future Life at Tokyo Senju Campus in academic year 2026, a withdrawal application requires the application form, a medical certificate or other relevant document, and your student ID. The application is handled by the Student Support Center's Student Welfare Section on the third floor of Building 2.

Submission and approval for 2025 students in the Faculty of Engineering, Division II

For students in Division II of the Faculty of Engineering at Tokyo Senju Campus in academic year 2025, students who wish to withdraw because of illness, injury, or another reason must submit a withdrawal application with their student ID attached and obtain approval.
