Eligibility for Graduation at the End of the First Semester

For the 2026 academic year, this page explains the enrollment-period and leave-of-absence rules for first-semester graduation eligibility.

Enrollment Requirement and Leave-of-Absence Status

Students considered for graduation at the end of the first semester must have been enrolled for a combined total of at least 12 months during their fourth year. Periods of leave of absence are not included in this 12-month enrollment period. A student who is on leave of absence when eligibility is assessed is not considered for graduation at the end of the first semester.
