Relaxation of the 44-Credit Annual Registration Limit

This page explains the conditions for relaxing the 44-credit annual registration limit and when the relaxation begins.

Eligibility and start date

To qualify for relaxation of the 44-credit annual registration limit, you must meet both conditions: a cumulative GPA of at least 3.1 from admission and registration for at least 36 credits in the preceding academic year. If you meet both conditions, the relaxation applies from the first semester of your second year.
