Conditions for Advancement to a Higher Year

For the 2025 academic year, advancement to a higher year at the Tokyo Senju Campus requires meeting the applicable enrollment, payment, and advancement conditions.

Requirements for Advancement

In principle, students must meet all of the following requirements to advance to a higher year: they must have been enrolled in the same year for a combined total of at least 12 months; they must have paid the required tuition and other fees; and, if conditions for advancement to a higher year apply, they must satisfy those conditions.
