Boiler Operation Supervisor License Requirements

Required license by total heating surface area

For work involving boilers with a total heating surface area of 500 m² or more, a boiler operation supervisor must be appointed from among holders of a special-class boiler engineer license. For work involving boilers with a total heating surface area of 25 m² or more but less than 500 m², the supervisor must be appointed from among holders of either a special-class or first-class boiler engineer license.
