Class Status During Storm Warnings and Private Railway Strikes

For the 2026 academic year, this page explains when classes proceed or are canceled at Tokyo Senju Campus in the Faculty of Engineering, Division II.

When Classes Proceed or Are Canceled

If only other private railway services are suspended because of a strike or similar action, classes are held as usual. If a storm warning is in effect in Tokyo's 23 wards but has been lifted by 6:00 a.m., classes are also held as usual. If a storm warning is still in effect in Tokyo's 23 wards at 6:00 a.m., classes for periods N1 and N2 are canceled.
