For registered courses in the 2025 academic year, extended absence or failure to take an academic examination may result in an Abandoned grade, shown as “-”. The applicable scope differs by faculty.
Engineering Faculty, Division II: 2025 academic year
At Tokyo Senju Campus, if you abandon a registered course through long-term absence during the class period, or if you do not take the academic examination, the grade evaluation may be recorded as Abandoned (“-”).
