Engineering Faculty Graduation Requirements
The 2025 Engineering Faculty diploma policy outlines the enrollment, course, credit, knowledge, skills, and professional attitudes required to receive graduation recognition and a bachelor's degree in engineering.
Conditions for Graduation Recognition and the Degree
To receive graduation recognition and a bachelor's degree in engineering, students must remain enrolled in the Engineering Faculty for the specified period, take the courses established by their department to achieve the Faculty's educational objectives, earn the prescribed credits, and acquire the required knowledge, abilities, and attitudes.
Specialized Knowledge and Problem-Solving Ability
Students must acquire knowledge and skills in one specialized field: electrical and electronic engineering, electronic systems engineering, applied chemistry, mechanical engineering, advanced mechanical engineering, or information and communications engineering. They must also be able to apply their specialized knowledge and skills to identify and solve various problems, contributing to the development of a safe, secure, and comfortable society.
Foundational Knowledge and Professional Development
The policy requires broad foundational knowledge in science and engineering, together with a proactive attitude toward continually acquiring new knowledge and technology. Students must understand the relationship between science and technology, people, and society, and develop the education, career awareness, and ethical outlook needed both as science and technology professionals and as well-informed members of society.
