Consequences of Examination Misconduct

This page explains when a student may be removed from an examination and which examination results may be invalidated.

Removal from the Examination

If a student displays poor conduct during an examination or disobeys an instruction from the proctor, the proctor may take the student's answer sheet and order the student to leave the examination room.

Possible Invalidation of Examination Results

One possible disciplinary measure is to invalidate the examination in question. Another possible measure is to invalidate some or all of the end-of-semester examinations for the semester in which the examination took place.
