Examination Room Entry, Seating, and Exit Rules

For examinations in the 2026 academic year at the Saitama Hatoyama Campus, these rules cover late entry, designated seating, and when you may leave the examination room.

Late entry

You may not enter the examination room once 30 minutes have passed from the examination start time.

Designated seating

When designated seating is specified, leave one seat empty between you and the next examinee.

Leaving the examination room

You may not leave the examination room until 40 minutes have passed from the examination start time. You may leave only up to 10 minutes before the scheduled examination end time.
